Well, maybe it's because I have been mistaken for being mexican on more than one occassion (oh yes, 2 people have come up to me speaking spanish!), or maybe it's cuz I just love a good shredded pork with mole sauce, but I have decided to go out with friends and get my drink n mexican eats on for tonite's Cinco de Mayo fetivities!
